«These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them», is one of the most famous quotes of the persian poet Rumi who lived 800 years ago.
Julian Rumi is a young man, studying philosophy, living in Oslo. He listens to his thoughts and feelings by writing small poems, posting them on Instagram. In this video, we talk about how writing can possibly be a Painrelief. He shares with us a Love Poem and a poem called Undrinkable. Reading poetry, writing poems, or just taking notes of your thoughts on a piece a paper can relief pain. Or as Rumi wrote: «Don`t let lost in your pain. Know that one day your pain will become your cure».
